The characteristics of conservation locus are recorded in the format of descriptors. As the locus can be a cold chamber, greenhouse, state park, ....., among others, the amount and nature of its conservation will vary according to the kind of locus. Here we face the problem of different facilities for each locus, which would require frequent maintenance software to represent the descriptors of each new locus. A parameterized framework was sought for representing descriptors. This structure is organized into three classes: "descriptor conservation", "encoding of the descriptor" and "value of the descriptor".

Exemplifying the locus cold chamber, an occurrence of the first class of the structure descriptor conservation, is the "temperature conservation of access" which has the following attributes and values:
