My access code

Sometimes, before effectively incorporating an access, the /curator/trustee must handle it in the laboratory or perform other actions with material that has not yet been incorparated. In this case, the curator can create a temporary code to record the events prior to incorporation. Then, when the curator for the collection incorporates the material will make it by generating an access number. To keep track of what was done with the material, you need to register in the system a temporary code that was used before the merger. This temporary code is called "My access code." it is optional, depending on the specific need of each collection.
