Information source gene, contained in samples of a whole or part of a plant specimen, fungal, microbial or animal, in the form of molecules and substances from the metabolism of these living beings and extracts of these organisms living or dead, found conditions in situ, including domesticated animals, or those kept in collections ex situ provided that collected in situ conditions in the country, on the continental shelf or the exclusive economic zone.[1]
