CNPT is the acronym for Embrapa Wheat Embrapa Trigo. Its mission is to enable solutions to research, development and innovation in the production chain of wheat and other winter cereals for the competitiveness and sustainability of agriculture for the benefit of the Brazilian society. CNPT is the former name of the original acronym Embrapa Wheat: National Research Center for Wheat Centro Nacional de Pesquisa de Trigo.
