Biotic

Relating or belonging to living organisms and organic components of the biosphere. In agricultural science, biotic agent is a term often associated with three main groups decreasing the yield of agronomic crops:
- plagues (insects, mites, etc..);
- diseases (bacteria, viruses, fungi);
- nematodes.[1]
