Base Sample

Samples are obtained by multiplying procedures initial sample or directly from the harvesting (gathering)or exchanging procedures of germplasm, when its size is appropriate to prevent or reduce the occurrence of loss of genetic variation during the procedures of multiplication and regeneration.
