Systematic effect to sample. Sampling techniques vary according to the needs of demand. You can have selective or sampling casualized, but often occur following two situations to seed plants:
- Seeds of several individuals of the population is placed in the same envelope or bag and only receive a number of collector;
- Seeds of each individual are placed in separate bags, each of which receives a number of collector, thus forming multiple accesses. The ideal number of individuals to be sampled varies from culture to culture and approach generally takes into consideration the mating system of the species if autogamous, allogamous or intermediate.[1]
